Location was perfect and the breakfast was good. Lovely staff and very accommodating. Great choice of breakfast apart from hot food for English people, but there was enough choice to fill up on cold foods.

Breakfasts are sumptuous.Rooms are spotlessly clean,quiet and have everything you need.The reception and breakfast staff are welcoming,friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. This hotel is brilliant.The pool was genuinely warm and the jacuzzi was divine. The location is just off the main Rynek and perfect for the City Centre,yet quiet and calm. Really good value for money.The coffee is superb.

The location was great, superb breakfast with a great choice of meat, cheese, freshly baked bread, waffles, pancakes, desserts, fruits, vegetables. Scrambled eggs were excellent. They even have a juice making machine so you can make yourself a fresh! The staff are very helpful and friendly, beautiful room (we had a junior sweet on the 5th floor), swimming facilities were great, jacuzzi and sauna were very nice. Highly recommended!

Very central, just a couple of minutes walk to the main square, but far enough away from the noise. The hotel is ideal for visiting the main attractions and less than 5 minutes walk to the tram stop at the shopping centre. The taxi ride from the airport was about £20.00, the hotel organised with a local taxi firm the return trip. Obviously Uber available too. There are lots of restaurants, bars and shops within a few minutes stroll. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has all the amenities expected of a 4 star and was very clean. The rooms have Air-con which was a must whilst we were there in July and there are umbrellas that can be borrowed in reception.

The room is neat and homely decorated. The mattress is very soft, it probably doesn't suit everyone, I slept great. For a person traveling by train, this hotel is a very good choice because you can walk to the station, the main square is like 3-minute walk. Very nice breakfast, right next to there is a micro playroom for children, so they don't get bored while breakfast, baby chair available 👶 small fridge in the room, water dispensers in the corridor. I don't need anything more, and if I don't feel the difference, why overpay?

What a great place to stay! Your staff deserves a pay rise . Everyone was so welcoming and helpful- starting with a lady at the reception then staff at the bar/restaurant- amazing! Can’t praise them enough. The rooms are very spacious, incredibly clean and they equipped in everything (and more) you might need or want. Superb location, so close to main square, lots of entertainment around. Nice little swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna- it could get busy at the evenings, but lovely to use it and relax during the day (robes ready at the room, free of charge). Excellent breakfast- great choice of everything, cooked, continental, you name it. All in all it was an amazing stay. Would recommend to anyone. Big thank you to all staff members

Mattress was excellent. Proximity to centre. Room is very good size and well stocked. Water dispenser in collidor is such a great touch.

The staff was very friendly and warm. I was quite impressed with the gentleman at the reception. Upon check-in, there was a rather long line of guests, and he managed to maintain an air of calm while treating each guest with genuine kindness. (These are small things I look for.) Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of things for all dietary needs. The bathroom is a real treat! The location is genuinely fantastic -- a stone's throw from everything!
